工作原理:
全自动豆芽机分为上下桶；上桶为培养桶，下桶放水；把种子放入上桶中，水通过水管喷水头为种子淋水，水又回到下桶中，循环浇水，保证了种子发芽需要的水份也为种子降温。每天需更换一次下桶中的水。
整个过程由电脑控制，无需人照看操作极其简单，成功率100% （条件是豆子能发芽 即新豆子为宜）使用自来水，每天更换1次便可。黄豆、绿豆应在阴暗处培育；其他种子在发芽后应给予适当的光线。一般的种子，在适当的阳光下发育较快，但是要回避直射光线，发芽后的种子在18－22度比较适应，培育3－5天后便可食用。

播种：将适量的种子（建议使用新豆、新菜籽，否则出芽率低）均匀的撒在扇型的网上，然后将另一个网盖在上面，这样能使种子均匀的吸收水份。
浇灌：自动控制
光线：发芽前2天应该在阴暗的地方，特别使黄豆和绿豆，一直使在阴暗出培植。其他菜籽发芽后，给予适当的光线，有助于植物的成长
温度：发芽期的温度应在18－22度为佳，发芽后保持在15－25度便可
收成：大部分的种子在3－5日即可食用，如长势不好7日内皆可食用
保管：将剩余的菜芽和种子放在冰箱的冷藏室内保管7天内皆可食用
绿豆芽
绿豆芽、黄豆芽含有丰富的蛋白质，多种维生素、纤维素、胡萝卜素、尼克酸和磷、锌等矿物质。绿豆、黄豆在发芽后，维生素B2增加了2-4倍，胡萝卜素增加了2-3倍，维生素C增加了3倍，而且蛋白质也分解为各种人体所需的氨基酸，可达到绿豆、黄豆原含量的7倍。
豌豆苗
豌豆苗是由豌豆种子发芽长成的可供食用的豌豆小青苗。不但营养物质含量极为丰富（包含有蛋白质、胡萝卜素、VB1、VB2、VC以及钙、磷、铁等多种矿物质元素，其中磷的含量高于其它蔬菜），而且脆嫩可口。
萝卜苗
萝卜苗风味独特、营养丰富，除含蛋白质、糖份以外，维生素A的含量也极高，是白菜的10倍左右，比菠菜维生素A含量高达60％。萝卜苗还含有铁、钙、磷、钾 等矿物质以及淀粉分解酶和纤维素。食用萝卜苗能起到爽口、顺气、助消化的作用。而且，萝卜苗生食、熟食均可，凉拌、涮、炒皆宜，是美味的保健食品。
黑豆芽
