《永春白鹤》的千字打套路是一个直进型的追赶寻中、连续进击的套路。它寓千字的撇、横、竖的手法布局，借助三步起跳连环击打，分别从左、中、右，三六斜闪进击，结合弹、踢、蹬、顶、撞垢腿法、膝法和冲、弹、顿、抓、摘、压等手法，在上、中、下三盘马势的布局下，进行中门直进的寻中打法，故名千字打。该套路上下起伏、走闪腾挪、短小精悍，手、腿、膝、肘并用，边化解边进攻，舒展大方、矫健敏捷，富含技击性和观赏性。
Qian Zi Da is a continual attack after straightly tracing.It's from the word"千",left-falling stroke,horizontal stroke,vertical stroke,attack after these three steps.Dodge and attack from the left,the middle,the right,these three doors,with snap,kick,heel kick,stroke,hump,these leg and knee techniques,and rush,snap,knock,catch,pick,and press,these hand forms.Search and hit from the middle door,with the upper section,the middle section,and the lower section horse stamce.So it is called"千"Trace Movement.In this routine,it moves up and down,dodge,jump and shift,short but extractive,with the hand,the leg,the knee and the elbow together,attacking while breaking ,stretching,and agile,wonderful techniques,view.
