《白鹤展翼》套路是永春白鹤拳的一个寓白鹤翅膀的各种动作于掌法的套路，它多用两肘寓两翅，两手寓两爪。形像地把白鹤的多种舞姿，揉合于掌法的攻防技击上，其中的“折鹤展翅”，“白鹤弹翼”，“白鹤剪翅”，“十字打手”等技击动作，深遂地蕴含着文化积淀。整个套路的结构特点和手法应用均遵循“子午中正圆”弧线的原理，演练时既舒展大方，又飘逸清新。
White Crane Spreading The Wings is a routine in Yongchun Bai He Quan,which come from the movement of the wings of the white crane.Two elbows mean the two wings,two hands mean the two claws.It vividly combines the varous postures of the white crane with the palm techniques,so to defend and attack.Thereinto,White Crane Spreading The Wings,White Crane Flapping The Wings,White Crane Scissoring The Wing,Cross Hands,these movements contain deep culture.The characteristics and the techniques of the whole routine follw the theory of upright,in an arc.Stretch and relax when practicing,the movements are light and clean.
