自然神打是秘传在道教圣地武当山下的传统内家技击法,由一位武当民间隐士,绝技高人于20世纪90年代初传于岳武,共分三个内容:一是一字拳;二是心意肘;三是自然神打,此技数百年来,择德而教,技法精进,招法奇特,出手怪异,颇具特色,整个训练为一个完整的训练周期,凡习练者,在内家技击应用方面,必有收获且终生受益,此技尽管秘而鲜授,却久以闻名江湖。
Natural beating
Natural beating is a classical skill of beat inside Wu dang, and was taught to Wu Yue by a proficient of this action, an anchoret of Wu Dang, in 1990s. This component is divided into 3 parts: one line fist, heart and mind elbow, and natural beating. This skill is taught the one with good morality, the pattern is special and move in a rare way. All the practice should be one training course, who practice it must will be benefit from it all the life. Although less people know this action, it is very famous.
