朱砂掌功系武林内家功法,有云:“练武不练功,到老一场空”。可见武术功夫的重要,杨永老先生6岁习练宫庭太医曾祖亲传之朱砂掌养生功,如今八十有余,仍健步如飞,思路敏捷。习此功七十多年,杨永深有体会,增慧开智,强筋健髓,防病治病,延年益寿。
Zhu Sha Zhang is a kind of kungfu benefiting the internal organs. As a saying goes: practicing kungfu without strengthening internal organs will get you nowhere. So it can be seen the importance of real kungfu. Since 6 years old, Yang Yong has been practicing the health-reserved exercise of Zhu Sha Zhang personally passed down by his great-grandfather who ever served in the imperial palace. Now that he is over 80 years old, he still walks with vigorous strides and think clear. Having practiced this exercise for over 70 years, Yang Yong has a lot to say about its effect of enlightening, building strong muscle, warding off diseases and helping recovery, and extending longevity.
