Bainjor Lhunbo Revisited
扎西旺堆是一位资深的藏族摄影师，1959年他曾到后藏的帕拉庄园（现称班觉伦布村）拍摄过记录片。30年后的今天，他再次回到帕拉庄园。
本片通过扎西旺堆的视点，拍摄了班觉伦布村普通村民财旺一家的生活，展现了帕拉庄园昔日奴隶们今天的新生活。古老的宗山、江孜传统节日达玛节盛大的场面也令人难忘。
Zhaxi Wangdui is a veteran Tibetan photographer. In 1959, he made a documentary in the Phala Manor. Thirty years later, he returns to the Phala Manor.
This film, through Zhaxi Wangdui’s eyes, shows the life of a local named Cawan and his family and shows the new lives of former serfs. The magnificent Tsong Burg Castle and the traditional Darma Festival in Gyangze County are also impressive

A Family In Pagri
帕里镇位于喜马拉雅山脉第七峰珠穆拉热（藏语意思为“神秘的少女”）脚下，有世界上最高的小镇之称。72岁的牧民拉琼就生活在帕里镇西边海拔4800米左右的帕里高原上。本片忠实记录了拉琼一家在世界屋脊上鲜为人知的生活情况。
神秘的雪山、辽阔的草原和成群的牦牛构成了独特的高原风光，充满了无穷的魅力。
Located at the foot of Dhaulagiri Mountain, Pagri is regarded as the highest town in the world. The 72-year-old herdsman Laqiong is living on the Pagri Highland which is 4,800 meters above sea level. This program records the life of Laqiong’s family.
The mysterious snowy mountains, vast grassland, and groups of yaks form a unique plateau scenery.
