《永春白鹤拳》的三战子午槌后面大、槌头大、槌尾小。刺槌的时候，食指要压在槌的前面，然后向前杀出。这槌的拿法是拿半月形的，不能都整个抓握。是在用的时候就要先全握把，然后半握把，转换着运用。
San Zhan Zi Wu Chui in Yongchun Bai He Quan,uses the mallet with large head and small end.When thrusting with the mallet,press the head with the index finger,then thrust forward.Hold this mallet half moon shape,not hold tightly.But when using it,you should it tightly first,then half,then swing.
